Coach Mycala is happy to enter her fourth season coaching at Cobb Atlanta, and is excited to work with Coach Trina as the Assistant Coach for 15-1 Trina. This will be Coach Mycala's third season assisting the 15-1's team. Last season was inevitably cut short, but the year prior she coached alongside Coach Kelsey Bennett where the team qualified for USAV Nationals in the USA division, finishing 27th out of the top 36. Her first season at CAJ, Coach Mycala assisted the 15-2 team. Previous club coaching experience includes 1 year as the 15-1 head coach for Siena Volleyball Academy in Adrian, Michigan, and 2 years as the 12-1 assistant coach for Glass City Athletics in Toledo, Ohio. She played as an OH/DS for Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan from 2011-2014. Mycala was fourth in the WHAC conference her freshman year at Siena for service aces, and ended her senior year as team Co-MVP.

"I love coaching because volleyball has always been an integral part of my life. I owe so much to volleyball, from discipline and hard work to mental strength and determination to always improve myself as a player and person. I want to be able to spark that passion for any girl I have the opportunity to coach."

Outside of volleyball, Coach Mycala is an associate-licensed Professional Counselor. She serves as the mental health liason for Cobb Atlanta and works to combine her knowledge of psychology and development with success in volleyball. She assists in running the CAJ Player Council and helps to implement leadership development throughout the club.
