Blount played as an outside hitter for three years, but after recovering from a foot injury she transitioned to a defensive specialist position. During the off season she played club for VolleyOne. Blount started coaching in 2015 and has loved continuously sharing her knowledge with eager minded young athletes.

Kylah expresses, “I believe it is essential to create an open and productive environment for players to grow on and off the court. I enjoy guiding young athletes and aim to improve each player's skill set, not limiting themselves to one position, but encouraging versatility.
