Hi! My name is Jolanta. My friends and family call me Jola.

I started playing volleyball in my home country of Poland when I was 10 years old. Volleyball is one of the most important and popular sports in Poland and in Europe. I fell in love with the sport! I played for a Club called – PADWA ZAMOSC and for my High School. We traveled often to Germany, Ukraine and Czech Republic and Slovakia for international tournaments. In 1994 my team was ranked no. 5 in Poland. I attended Jozef Pilsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland where I got my Master’s degree in 2001.

Over the past 3 years I coached an 11-13's club travel team in Tampa called Titans Volleyball (FL) and in The Walker School (GA) . I love working with all of our players and teaching them more about the sport I love!

To Whom It May Concern

"It’s my absolute pleasure to write this recommendation letter for Mrs. Jolanta Osoba – Obrsy. We thoroughly enjoyed having her as our volleyball coach at the Walker Middle School in Marietta, Georgia. Her knowledge of the game and expertise in identifying each girls’ strengths was beyond valuable. She is honest, dependable and incredibly hard-working. Her positive attitude and love and care for each girl cannot be quantifiable. In short few months she was able to foster positive attributes in the girls such as to be a good teamplayer, to be positive and to work hard. Without a doubt, I recommend her to any organization / company. She is all-around a great person and she will be great asset to wherever she goes."

Best wishes,

"Growing up as a dancer and performer, we encouraged our daughter to consider a team sport during middle school.  She chose volleyball and was selected as the only 7th grader on the 8th grade team at The Walker School.  Coach Jola was our head coach and immediately connected with Lila.  Coach Jola saw an athlete that was new to the sport, however had the athleticism, attitude, and spirit to grow.  She was such an incredible support to Lila during her first year - spending extra time helping her with technique, learning the game, and fostering a love for volleyball that continues to grow.  Coach Jola encouraged us to consider club ball at Cobb Atlanta and Lila made the ATL-1 team this year.  We are thrilled to continue this journey with Coach Jola and are excited to see how Lila progresses both on and off the court.  Coach Jola not only sees the talent in an athlete, but the potential for success.  Most importantly, she sees the heart, willingness to learn, and can do spirit that is applicable not only in team sports but in all aspects of life.  We are thrilled our daughter traded in her dancing shoes for court shoes and look forward to a fantastic year!"
