So this is supposed to be a practice recap of Wednesday's practice, I completely forgot to post this, oops, so now it will be a recap of Big South day 1. Very sorry for the late post.

Yesterday did not go how we wanted it to, so I challenge each player to leave it in the past where we can reflect and learn from it. "Sankofa, the past serves as a guide for planning the future. To the Akan, it is this wisdom in learning from the past which ensures a strong future" source: Carter G. Woodson Center
We cannot change what happened yesterday, but don't let that stop us from being successful today!

Today I also challenge each player to walk in another teammates shoes. Think about the game, on and off the court, and put yourself in one of your teammates shoes. As we have become closer and gotten to know each other, it is important for us to use these connections to understand each other and communicate effectively.

In these next two days it is your job to play with purpose. We all have a reason for being here so we should all be showing our reasons every time we step on the court. Play with heart, strength, courage, determination, and be fearless! Go out there and leave it all on the court!
