2020-2021 Commitments

ATL Fitness Expectations

Each player on an ATL team is required to complete one virtual fitness session and one take-home fitness each week throughout the season. These sessions will begin the week of December 6th. Weeks will run Sunday through Saturday.

Virtual Fitness Expectations:

  • Sessions are listed on each team's calendar as "Virtual Fitness"
  • Player's must sign up for the virtual session they will be attending (32 player max per session)
  • Virtual fitness will be taking place through WebEx. The link for each session is listed in the description for each event. 
  • The Player's name needs to be listed on their screen to allow the instructor to take attendance. A survey is NOT required for virtual fitness. 
  • Player's cameras must be on throughout the session
  • Players are required to have a jump rope for each session
  • If a player is not giving full effort, the instructor may excuse them and they will need to make up the session. 
  • Over school breaks, no virtual fitness will be offered. Players will need to complete 2 take-home fitness during those weeks. 


Virtual Fitness Session Options:

Mondays 5:30-6:15 PM

Mondays 6:30-7:15 PM

Tuesdays 6:00-6:45 PM

Thursdays 7:45-8:30 PM


Take-Home Fitness Expectations:

  • Take-home fitness workouts will be listed under the player menu along with the survey and videos of each exercise.
  • Players are required to submit a survey following each take-home fitness workout. 
  • Surveys are to be submitted weekly, not all at once at the end of the month. 
  • Players will need a jump rope for each workout


***If a player chooses to attend onsite fitness at Cobb Atlanta, it may either replace virtual OR take-home fitness each week. Two workouts per week are required.***
