Fitness Requirements - April

Fitness Sessions Required for the Month of April

Fitness weeks run Sunday-Saturday

 

Week of April 4th - 0 Sessions (*Spring Break - 2 @ Home Workouts)

Week of April 11th - 1 Session

Week of April 18th - 2 Sessions 

 

Total April Onsite Sessions = 3 Sessions

 

If a player is in quarantine and is not experiencing any symptoms they will be expected to complete 2 home fitness sessions each week and fill out a survey to receive fitness credit.

 

*Spring Break - Each player is required to complete two take-home fitness sessions for the week of Spring Break (April 4th - 10th). They will be required to submit a google survey each time they complete a workout at home.  Take home fitness workouts and the survey will be linked in the player menu on the Cobb Atlanta website. There are fitness sessions and fitness level retesting that will be offered at Cobb Atlanta during Spring Break. These sessions can count towards a make-up fitness session or a "banked" session for further use. These sessions may also count towards a take-home fitness workout for the break.
