Strength & Agility Training

Fitness Instructor Kelsey Bennett is leading Strength & Agility training sessions on Saturdays in September leading up to club tryouts! Strength & Agility training is important for every athlete as it decreases the likelihood of injury by teaching functional and proper movements of the body. 

 

We will work on a variety of aspects during performance training including: plyometrics, agility, strength, balance, power and endurance, all of which are essential in developing a sound athlete and a better volleyball player.

 

These are all open to any players from ages 11-18. The cost per session is $15.
