Summer Fitness 4-on-1 Weight Training

Calling ALL athletes (12s and Up)...

If you are interested in learning weight training and lifting techniques this summer, or if you want to improve upon your existing weight lifting skills...Fitness Instructor, Ally Kuntz, will be leading a Summer Fitness class designed to do just that! The class will be a 4-on-1 style to allow for specific instruction and 1-on-1 help.  Each session will be catered to the athletes that attend. For example, any 12s that attend will be progressed through sets/reps not weight.  Many high school sports now implement weight lifting in their workouts, so this class is a good way to get exposure to the basics of lifting before begriming a full training program. If you are already progressing through a full program with a high school or on your own, this class will be a good way to improve your technique, establish healthy lifting habits, and ensure you get the most out of the program you are participating in.

Tuesdays: 4:15PM-5:15PM - Weight Training

Thursdays: 4:15PM-5:15PM - Weight Training

July 9th - July 30th (no sessions will take place during the first week of july)

ALL athletes must register for each session they plan to attend at least 24 hours in advance. If no one is registered 24 hours in advance, the session will be cancelled and be reflected on the calendar. 
 

4 Session Punch Pass: $75

 

Unlimited Punch Pass: $110 Total

 

Drop In Session: $20/ea.
