These errors can ultimately hold us back from reaching our full potential. It also brings in the 3 Rs of composure - Recognize, Regroup, and Refocus. If we can follow these steps, they can help get us back into a game. One thing that is important to remember with this process is that it takes time. It takes practice to get good at the 3 Rs.
