How many practice and fitness sessions will there be a week?

Each team either Travel or ATL will have at least 2 practices a week. However, 13-1, 14-1, 14-2, 15-1, 15-2, 16-1, 16-2, 17-1 and 18-1 will have 3 practices a week on a non tournament week. If there is inter club scurnnage schedule for the weekend that will take place of your 3rd practice for the week. Each Travel team will also be required to attend 2 fitness sessions a week as well. The Travel teams that practice 3 days a week will be required to attend Fitness three times a week throughout the entire season. ATL teams are encouraged to attend fitness sessions either in the gym or at home, but it is not required.
