How many practice and fitness sessions will there be a week?

Each team either Travel or ATL will have at least 2 practices a week. However, 13-1, 14-1, 14-2, 15-1, 15-2, 16-1, 16-2, 17-1 and 18-1 will have 3 practices a week on a non tournament week. If there is inter club scurnnage schedule for the weekend that will take place of your 3rd practice for the week. Each Travel team will also be required to attend at least 1 fitness session a week as well. However, the teams that practice 3 days a week will also be required to attend Fitness twice a week throughout the entire season.
