Summer Fitness - Jump Training & Strength

Calling ALL athletes (12s and Up, Boys & Girls!)...
 
Fitness Coordinator, Kelsey Bennett, will be leading a Summer Fitness class for those that are interested in staying fit this summer and would like to increase their speed, vertical and quickness.
 
Jump training sessions will focus specifically on increasing a player's vertical.
 
June 11th - July 26th (No sessions will take place the week of July 2nd)
 
Mondays: 9:00AM-10:00AM - Jump Training & Strength
 
Tuesdays: 5:15PM-6:15PM - Speed & Agility
 
Wednesdays: 9:00AM-10:00AM - Speed & Agility
 
Thursdays: 5:15PM-6:15PM - Jump Training & Strength
 
ALL athletes must register for each session they plan to attend at least 24 hours in advance. If no one is registered 24 hours in advance, the session will be cancelled and be reflected on the calendar. 
 
6 Session Punch Pass: $70
 
12 Session Punch Pass: $130 
 
Unlimited Punch Pass: $215 Total
 
Drop In Session: $15/ea.
