2020-2021 Commitments


On-Site Fitness Expectations:

  • Travel teams are to complete 2 on-site fitness sessions each week
    • Team Fitness Session - Attached to one practice each week and remains the same throughout the season
    • Additional Session - Player must sign up for session each week
  • ATL/Premier teams may add a session each week for an additional fee
  • Players are responsible for signing themselves in for each session to receive credit
  • Cover shorts must be worn to all sessions
  • If a player is not giving full effort, the instructor may excuse them, and they will need to make up the session 


***If a player is in quarantine and is not experiencing any symptoms they will be expected to complete 2 home fitness sessions each week and fill out a survey to receive fitness credit.***.


Take-Home Fitness Expectations:

  • ATL/Premier teams complete one each week
  • Take-home fitness workouts will be listed under the player menu, along with the survey and videos of each exercise.
  • Players are required to submit a survey following each take-home fitness workout. 
  • Surveys are to be submitted weekly, not all at once at the end of the month. 
  • Players will need a jump rope for each workout.


Virtual Fitness can be found on your team calendar.


Virtual Fitness Expectations:

  • ATL teams are to complete 1 each week. 
  • Sessions are listed on each team's calendar as "Virtual Fitness."
  • Player's must sign up for the virtual session they will be attending (32 player max per session)
  • Virtual fitness will be taking place through WebEx. The link for each session is listed in the description for each event. 
  • The Player's name needs to be listed on their screen to allow the instructor to take attendance. A survey is NOT required for virtual fitness. 
  • The Player's cameras must be on throughout the session.
  • Players are required to have a jump rope for each session.
  • If a player is not giving full effort, the instructor may excuse them and need to make up the session. 
  • Over school breaks, no virtual fitness will be offered. Players will need to complete 2 take-home fitness during those weeks. 


2020-2021 Virtual Fitness Schedule

Mondays 5:30 pm

Tuesdays 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm

Thursdays 7:45 pm


***If a player on an ATL or Premier team chooses to attend onsite fitness at Cobb Atlanta; it may either replace virtual OR take-home fitness each week. ***
