Open Gym

We are offering open gym again this season each Friday from 5-7pm for free. Open gym is only open to current Cobb Atlanta players. There will not be a coach organizing the open gym. We are providing the court space but no coaching instruction is provided. It is up to the players present to determine how they want to utilize the court space available.

Players are expected to sign-in upon arrival.

Take Home Fitness - ATL & Premier!

As a member of an ATL or Premier team, each player is required to complete take-home fitness twice each week throughout the season, starting in December. The take-home fitness workout, video showing each exercise, and the survey are all linked on the player menu on the Cobb Atlanta website.

The survey needs to be filled out each time a workout is completed. There are a few questions to answer about the workout, which should only take a few minutes to complete.

At the beginning of each month, coaches will "test" each player at the start of the first practice of the month to see if they have been completing their take-home fitness workouts. This test will come directly from what was required from the previous months' workouts. If players have been doing their required workouts at home, they should be able to complete the test with no problems.

If your player is signed up to do on-site fitness at Cobb Atlanta, they will only be required to complete one workout at home each week.
