HEY GIRLS!!! Happy Holidays!!! Please remember to do holiday workouts:

-30 minute weight bearing exercise (Run/jog/ brisk walk) 3 days a week.

-200 crunches, 75 push-ups 3 days a week (does not have to be done in one sitting but throught your day)

*** PARENTAL SIGN OFF IS REQUIRED***

-Bring to first practice back

Practice 12/21 Change

I'm sorry for the late notice, but due to a scheduling change with Kell Jr. BBall, we have to move practice at Kell later.  15s & up fitness workouts is going to be from 7:15-8:00, with practice for 15 Red and 16 Black at 8:00-9:30.  Please let your coaches know if you cannot make this schedule change.

Again, I apologize for the late notice.

Goals!!

HomeworkWrite a goal for every practice and then write if you accomplished it.  Turn both practices goals in on Sunday.

Make sure you are attending fitness every week!

 Everyone must go to fitness training with Coach Shannon at least once a week.  Please check the website for times.

 Make sure that you are still doing the following at home:

 Also, please make sure that you have turned in all your paperwork.  We will have a tentative tournament schedule out in about a week.  If you have not emailed me any weekends that you have prior engagements, please do so now.
